Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, unwind, and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time out of respect for the next guest.Indulge in our wide selection of massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and more. Our skilled therapists will help you unwind and relieve stress.

  Before your service begins, let your provider know about:

• Any medical conditions or  njuries
• Pressure preferences (light,  medium, deep)
• Areas you’d like focused on – or  avoided

 We tailor every treatment to your needs.
 

• Massage & Body Treatments: Undress to your comfort level.      You will be properly draped at all times.
• Vichy Shower: We provide disposable spa      undergarments or you may bring a bathing suit. Your privacy is      respected, and towels are used for modesty during transitions.Our body treatments are designed to detoxify, hydrate, and nourish your skin, leaving you feeling renewed and restored. Choose from our selection of wraps, scrubs, and more.

  Our Vichy Shower Experience is a signature hydrotherapy treatment using a series of warm water jets for full-body relaxation.

What to Expect:

• You’ll lie on a cushioned,      waterproof treatment table.
• A therapist will guide you      through the experience and adjust temperature and pressure as needed.
• Speak up if the water feels too      hot or cold — your comfort matters.

Pro Tips:

• Avoid heavy makeup or hair      products beforehand.
• Hair may get damp, so a shower      cap or towel will be available.
• Post-treatment, take your time      standing to avoid lightheadedness.Pamper your hands and feet with our nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and gel polish. Our experienced technicians will leave you with beautiful, healthy nails.

 To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests:

• Please silence your phone     upon arrival.
• Use quiet voices in treatment and      relaxation areas.
• No phone calls or recordings      inside treatment rooms.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service or may be prepaid in advance.
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and flexible financing options.

Gratuity
Gratuities are graciously appreciated (customary is 15–20%) and may be left at the front desk or added to your total bill.
For the comfort and professionalism of our team, please do not hand gratuities directly to massage therapists or staff in treatment rooms.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, due to high demand for our appointment times, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This courtesy allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest.
No-shows or late cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee.
